Sustinere: Journal of Environment and Sustainability is Now Indexed in Scopus

We are delighted to announce that Sustinere: Journal of Environment and Sustainability has been officially accepted for inclusion in Scopus, one of the world’s leading abstract and citation databases for peer-reviewed literature.

The journal is indexed under the subject areas of Environmental Science (miscellaneous), Earth & Planetary Sciences (miscellaneous), and Energy (miscellaneous), including Renewable Energy.

On December 8, 2025, the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB) completed its evaluation of our journal and approved it for coverage. This achievement marks a significant milestone for our editorial team, authors, reviewers, and the academic community that has supported us since our founding.

The CSAB noted that Sustinere consistently publishes academically sound and relevant articles in the field of environment and sustainability, with improved geographical reach and increasing citation performance. The journal will be indexed starting from four years before the year of acceptance, following Scopus policy.

This accomplishment reflects our commitment to improving the quality, visibility, and global impact of the research we publish. We extend our sincere appreciation to all contributors: authors, reviewers, editors, and readers, for their dedication and trust.

We look forward to continuing to disseminate high-quality research and advancing scholarly conversations in environmental science and sustainability.
